Harsh Trivedi
Founder & Managing Partner
Harsh has fought cases and shaped policy on both sides of the table. He trained at Karanjawala & Co. under Ms. Ruby Singh Ahuja and with Senior Advocate Mr. Akhil Sibal. He then served the Government of India across the Ministries of Defence, Finance and Corporate Affairs, advising directly on policy and legislation, including as advisor to the Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs.
He studied at Shri Ram College of Commerce, the Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and holds an LL.M. from Leiden University, the Netherlands. He received the Global Lex Falcon Award in Dubai in 2022.
Álvaro García Vizcayo

Alvaro advises on transaction monitoring, cryptocurrency investigations and financial compliance, bringing to Trivedi & Partners a rare combination of legal training and hands-on industry experience. He has held roles at Sumsub, Chainalysis and Uber, working at the intersection of blockchain analytics, AML frameworks and product design for regulated financial businesses. Alvaro supports clients on crypto-asset compliance, VDA regulatory strategy, blockchain forensics in disputes and fraud matters, and the design of AML and KYC programmes for fintech and digital-asset businesses.
José María Figuerero

José María is an active builder in the AI tooling space, integrating large language models into enterprise workflows through protocols such as MCP, prototyping with modern development tools and driving GenAI enablement and adoption across his organisation. He studied at Leiden University.
At the firm, José María supports clients on AI governance and deployment strategy, platform trust and safety frameworks, fraud and risk product design, and the operational side of compliance with India's DPDP Act and emerging AI regulation.
